How do we check in and get the keys?

Every property has an electronic key box for easy access to the home. The code will be sent with your check in instructions prior to your stay.

We do not allow pets at this time.

What is the Wifi password?

These are different for each property.

Would it be possible to add an additional night to my stay?

Adding nights to your stay is a simple request and if we have availability, we would love for you to stay longer with us. Just message us a few days before your request so we can check the calendar and make the changes.

If we needed to cut our trip short, and leave early, are the remaining nights refundable?

Once you’ve checked in the reservation is non refundable, but we have a pretty flexible cancellation policy.

Is the picnic table and Adirondack chairs at the firepit part of the home solely or is it open to anyone?

It is open to the entire property, however each home has their own space with a fire pit and Adirondack chairs so it’s pretty obvious that this one would be for the tiny home. People might use the tables throughout the day.

If we were to book, are we able to dock our boat at the slip?

The boat slip is always available as long as it is not being reserved by another group staying at the property on those dates. Reserve your spot today by going to the tab “book a boat slip” and fill out the information requested. The dock is shared and you’re welcome to the kayaks and float mat as well. There are places to drop the boat in just up the street as well as a few marinas nearby.

Do we need to bring wood for the outside fire or do you have some available?

We do have firewood at the property and any wood on the grounds is also yours to use. We have charcoal for the grill as well.

“Just stayed at DeAnna‘s place with my mom and adult daughter, it was a treat to each have our own bedroom for less than the cost of a hotel stay. Immediately upon entering, it felt like home. Everything was very clean and exactly as described. We could immediately relax and rest from our day of travel. The shower had wonderful, hot water pressure and having a wash washer and dryer allowed us to pack less for our trip. Many restaurants and activities to do in the surrounding areas. Our favorites were The Dodo in Sugar House neighborhood, and Emigration Brewery up in the Canyon. To maybe spot some moose, drive up Big Cottonwood Canyon early in the morning to Silver Lake Trail, a 1 mile ADA accessible boardwalk loop through wetlands and surrounded by the mountains. We loved the affordability and approach to the decor that’s we asked her about a long-term rental 🙂 being early in the summer, we did loved open windows with the breeze from ceiling fans. Highly recommend!”
